SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order on the carrier's website

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We ship with Fedex Ground for orders in the US and USPS for international orders. 

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Just contact us by calling 1-888- 803-4442  with your order number and we will send you a prepaid Fedex Shipping label. NO RETURNS on International orders. 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes we do provide International Delivery with USPS. 

 

 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

In case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Just contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will give you a full refund or exchange your hat.

Will the color of my hat fade?

Being made out of natural fibers. our custom dyed hats and bag colors will change slightly over time. Each one is considered one of a kind.
